The cilantro rice was light and REALLY tasty! The fish was cooked to perfection and service was impeccable. The seared scallops had that perfect sear and everything was a flavor within itself that melded into the perfect combination. Also, if you like Bloody Marys, ask for Harry's special St. Regis recipe. Hands down, the best I've ever had, no joke!

I want to love the restaurant. It's beautiful... The staff is friendly and attentive. The food is prepared appropriately. Unfortunately the quality of the food itself (not the preparation)... Is C- while they charge A+ prices. I understand the high prices considering the location... But the subpar food quality was a suprise. Perhaps the smallest chicken wings I've ever seen... Mostly skin with little if any actual chicken and the shrimp cocktail was hilariously tiny. Both would be fine if ordering from a cheap low scale restaurant... I would expect a bit better from this establishment. All in all the food quality was so bad that despite the excellent service and atmosphere I would highly recommend you eat anywhere else. Literally anywhere.

I go to the Remington every 2 months for a social meet up and there is always a great service and ambiance, they have vegan food and I love the valet parking and the staff are very kind. This is my favorite place in Houston, classy and fancy.

A group of us went there for an evening of dancing. However, we were not impressed by the "band". They did not play music which we wanted to dance to. They did not know how to play most of the songs which we requested. They are an improvement over the Jazz band which was there three months ago, but the Jazz group did not set the bar very high. The drinks were good, the bartenders were helpful and friendly.

Love this place, although New Year's Eve entertainment could have been someone different… Call before you go so you know whose playing that night and look them up on YouTube. "OVER THE MOON" WHO SHOULD HAVE BEEN THETE NEW YEARS IS A REALLY GOOD COUPLE THAT PLAYS THERE.
